Authentic Digital is a specialist performance search agency based in Auckland, New Zealand.
They help businesses market through organic and paid search in Google, other search engines, AI chats, and paid social. They work with local New Zealand companies, exporters, and international brands looking to reach the New Zealand and Australian markets.
The challenge
Craig and his team already had good SEO tools. The ones they used handled rank tracking, market trends, competitor behaviour, and share of voice well.
The issue was at the site level. They didn’t have a clean way to understand the detail of what was happening on their own clients’ websites.
But it's weak when it comes to understanding our own sites in detail.
The solution
Sitechecker filled that gap. It combines crawler data with performance data from Google Analytics and Search Console, so the team can see the full picture from one place instead of jumping between tools.
For Craig, the standout feature was the change log paired with email alerts. It shows when something changes on a client site, like a software update or a stakeholder edit. The team can spot problems before they grow into bigger issues.
This allows us to keep an eye on software and other stakeholder changes on site - that's allowed us to catch problems before they escalate, and also helps us correlate text or tech changes to performance changes over time.
